Stellas Southern Brasserie is all set to open in Verdae, March 28. The restaurant is actually called Stella’s Brasserie, Parkside Provisions, and Café (the full name is actually kinda long but covers all the bases). It is a combination of coffee/breakfast, lunch service, and dinner with an ever-changing menu.
Get pumped for locally sourced cheeses, fresh oysters, international beers, Counter Culture Coffee, as well as house-made jams and pickles. Oh, and expect some awesome twists on the brunch menu.
