Clemson head football coach Dabo Swinney’s name is floating around as a possible candidate for Alabama’s head coaching job after Nick Saban announced his retirement after 17 seasons.

Swinney was a Wide Receiver at Bama from 1990 to 1992 + was on the The Tide’s coaching staff from 1993 to 2000 before joining Clemson’s staff in 2003.

We all know what happened next:

  • Two National Championships (2016 + 2018) against Alabama
  • Eight ACC titles (2011, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022)

What do you think? Should Dabo Swinney be the next coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide? Do you want to see him stay in Death Valley? Sound off.
