A new affordable housing development may be coming to the Southernside Neighborhood, thanks to McMillan Pazdan Smith, Greystone Affordable Development, and the Greenville Housing Fund.

The proposed development, named Southernside Senior Living, will consist of two sites — one at the intersection of W. Washington St. and Hudson St. (next to Dog Culture and Unity Park) + one also on W. Washington St. at Washington Park.

Let’s talk about the two different sites.
