Job: Greenville County Schools Job Fair | 5 – 7 p.m. | Greenville County Schools is hosting a job fair with a need for Bus Drivers and Aids, Custodians and Food Services.

Drink: November Tasting with Rusty Bull Brewing | The Southern Growl | 6:30 p.m. | $20 for 5 beers + table snacks | Brewer/founder Brian Bogstad will present some amazing beers + share the story of the new North Charleston brewery.

Kids: The World of Jan Brett | Upcountry History Museum | Through January 28 | Designed for children from birth through ten years old. There will be three-dimensional play and learning environments with hands-on literacy based experiences that will guide visitors to the discovery that it is never too early to begin the love of reading.

Eat: Shuckin Shack Oyster Fest | 3620 Pelham Rd, Ste 4 | 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. | Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar is celebrating the opening of Oyster Season in the Carolinas by launching their Third Annual Oyster Fest featuring daily specials.

Watch: Furman Theatre Presents Musical If/Then | Nov. 8-11 and Nov. 15-18 | All performances will be at The Playhouse at Furman University | Tickets are $20 for adults, $17 for seniors and $12 for students.

  • The Unknown Soldier | Gunter Theater | 9:45 & 11:45 p.m. | With a tour timed to honor the centenary of WWI and America’s entry in 1917, this poignant new work explores themes of war, duty, courage, and sacrifice.

Art: Katharine Hepburn Exhibit | Upcountry History Museum | Through January 14 | This exhibit features over 35 free-standing costumes worn in 21 films and 6 stage productions spanning Hepburn’s illustrious career.

Community: Conservation Group Annual Meeting | Sears Recreational Shelter | 6 - 8 p.m. | Friends of the Reedy River will recognize outgoing Greenville City Councilwoman Gaye Sprague as the 2017 Best Friend of the Reedy River at this year’s meeting.

  • A Veterans Day Program | Greenville Technical College Barton Campus, auditorium of building 102 | 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. | The keynote speaker will be Ken Miller, chief of police. The Greenville Tech Charter High School Choir and band will provide patriotic musical selections at the event.
