After closing for the winter in December 2022, the walk-up burger restaurant, Social Burger at the AC Hotel in Camperdown Plaza (20 E. Broad St., Greenville) is coming back in mid-March with a refined concept and new name: Perfect Buns .
“Specializing in handheld happiness and tasty goodness,” the burgers, brews, and handhelds restaurant will prioritize fresh ingredients that it says are high-quality and affordable, with a menu and service that’s “uncomplicated and easy to love.”

Diners can expect much of the same Social Burger cuisine, with smash burgers and sandwiches along with some new additions like chicken bites and salad wraps.
Lacto-fermented pickles, toasted buns, and a Perfect Sauce — that “took weeks to develop” — will also be part of the dining experience, which can be enjoyed by ordering at the window or online for pick-up and feasted on in Camperdown Plaza or taken to go.
