Plans for the proposed Falls Park Conference District are taking shape. Partners announced include Auro Hotels redeveloping the former Bowater Building into a luxury hotel, United Community Bank expanding office space, and Hines planning a residential building with about 250 units. The project would also add a new gateway to Falls Park.
