This custom build at 412 Perry Ave. pairs modern design and custom finishes with more than 3,100 sqft of living space. It boasts multiple bedroom suites, a two-car garage, and a rare fenced yard for downtown living — all within walking distance of The Village, Unity Park, and Main Street.

Greenville Water secured $1.75 million in federal funding for its planned downtown pump station. The project will allow water to be pumped from either treatment plant, improving system resiliency and supporting future growth. Construction is expected to begin next year. (Greenville Journal)

After more than 50 years, Carolina Ballet Theatre is now Ballet Greenville. The longtime Peace Center resident company will continue under the same leadership, with the new name reflecting a closer connection to the local arts community. (Greenville Journal)

“SUFFS” is at the Peace Center through Sunday, and I was blown away by the cast when I saw it on Tuesday night. This show has been on my list since it won Tony Awards a few years ago. We’re so lucky to have some of the very best Broadway National Tours stopping in our city.
