One of the coolest things we saw? The Anatomage table in their Anatomage lab — a cutting-edge tool that’s changing the way students learn about the human body.
This life-sized, interactive touchscreen lets you explore detailed 3D models of the human body. The models were created from real bodies donated for research — so it’s as close to the real thing as you can get.
Students can study skin, muscles, bones, and organs without the need for physical specimens. The table also allows them to simulate surgical procedures (think: live births) and enhance their understanding of medical conditions in a safe, hands-on way.
Psst... If you’re considering a career in healthcare, tour the campus and see it for yourself. Trust us, it’s pretty eye-opening.
The Alliance Project received initial approval from the Greenville City Council on Monday, Jan. 27. When it receives final approval at a future meeting, the development will contain 100 affordable housing units + 4,200 sqft of commercial space and ~5,000 sqft of amenities. (Greenville Journal)

Celebrate our sister

Hey, Greenville. Or should we say “ciao.” Last year, we told you that 2025 marks the 40th anniversary of the Sister Cities program in Greenville (ours is Bergamo, Italy) and we have good news — the first celebration event was just announced.
Northern Italian Wine Dinner to Celebrate our Sister City | Thursday, April 3 | 6-8:30 p.m. | Curean | $125 | Indulge in a specially-curated menu inspired by the flavors of Northern Italy, expertly paired with a selection of premium wines.
We’ll continue updating you on more ways to celebrate this milestone, but until then, here’s a little history.
I’ll be sound designing “King James” at the Warehouse Theatre this season. It opens on Friday, April 4 and runs through Sunday, April 20. Don’t worry, I’ll remind you as we get closer.
You might also be thinking, “Stephanie, what the heck is sound designing?” Basically, if you hear a sound in the play that doesn’t come from one of the actors (think: music, a phone ringing, or any sound effect) that came from me. Well me, and wherever I got the sound from. I can’t make all those noises.
