United Way of Greenville County founded Women United (formerly Women’s Leadership) 25 years ago. The goal: To help boost economic mobility for women in our community.
Fast forward to today, and Women United is still going strong — bringing the energy, expertise, and resources needed to make a difference right here in Greenville County.
If you’re looking to connect with like-minded individuals, learn from industry experts, and find out how you can empower the next generation, then you won’t want to miss the second annual Women United Summit, happening on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at the Greenville Convention Center.

Meet The Dutchman: A new raw bar coming to Downtown Greenville
A sneak peek of the nautical vibes. | Renderings via The Dutchman
The Dutchman, a new raw bar, will open its doors at One City Plaza in early 2025 in the former Reid’s Fine Foods location.
It’s the first downtown concept for experienced Greenville restaurateur Anmar Natheer + his business partner Geno Iozzino. If their names sound familiar, it’s because they’re the team behind The 05, The 07, and The One5.
The food + drink
The duo says their love for fishing inspired the concept in hopes of “bringing the coast to Greenville.” Diners can expect customizable seafood towers with an array of house-made sauces to choose from, drawing flavor inspiration from different regions.
Behind the bar, you’ll find creative cocktails (think: handcrafted + made with freshly-squeezed juices) much like the ones you know from The 05, The 07, and The One5.
The space
Natheer and Iozzino tell us they want the restaurant to feel upscale yet approachable + elegant but comfortable. Designers will draw inspiration from a ship with dark wood and nautical accents.
