It’s the 30-year anniversary of the NC Mountain State Fair, which is back and bigger than ever.
That’s right, the beloved 10-day festival and celebration of all things NC has returned, now through Sunday, Sept. 15, and daily tickets start at $9 ($5 for kiddos).
Greenville Theatre (GT) got a video message from Daniel Radcliffe for the cast and crew of its upcoming production “How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” In the message, Radcliffe tells GT that it’s a great show that he really enjoyed working on and wishes the cast luck. Is Greenville famous yet? We think yes.

Hike this trail if you want lake views and (mostly) flat ground. You may see wildlife like birds or turtles as you circle the lake, cross a boardwalk foot bridge, and pass the swimming area.
