Meet Seratonic, the live music and event venue coming to the corner of Broad and Main Streets. Auro Hotels (owner of the AC Hotel located in Camperdown) says it will be “an intimate, sophisticated venue” for ~200 people.

The City of Greenville’s Board of Zoning Appeals approved a special exception permit to operate as a “general indoor entertainment and recreation space” after midnight. It will be located between Paloma and The Cocktail Company.

This news is just the latest in of a growing number of downtown live music venues:

  • Trueline will open in the West End in 2025
  • A Music Project — featuring a music club, listening room, and recording studio on the Peace Center’s campus — is currently under construction
  • Plus, new businesses like Cowboy Up + Draper Purveying Company offer casual opportunities for live music
