Welcome to the Upstate. The Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC) announced Tesla will open a regional vehicle parts distribution center in Fountain Inn + plans to open early this year. This will be its first facility in SC.

Calling Fox Hill Business Park ‘s building three — located at 189 Milacron Dr., Fountain Inn —home, Tesla plans to take over its entire 251,100 sqft and will focus solely on distributing vehicle parts (not manufacturing).

The Sudler Companies — developers of the business park — also partnered with Tesla in on a similar project in Tampa, FL in 2023.

Kevin Landmesser — GADC’s interim CEO — says this addition to Greenville county can “help raise income levels for our area and create quality jobs.”
