When David and Kim Reitz retired in Greenville, they searched for ways to mix up their daily routine. We know what that’s like. After seeing a call for volunteers, it didn’t take long for the couple to find community at Meals on Wheels of Greenville — a local nonprofit delivering nourishment to homebound neighbors in need.
“Volunteering was the perfect way for us to meet new friends,” Kim said. “You won’t believe how much fun you’ll have and how good it will make you feel. It’s one of the best things we’ve done since moving.”
