Furman’s Center for Innovative Leadership has teamed up with celebrated stress physiologist Dr. Rebecca Heiss to offer a brand-new leadership program titled Furman Fear(less) — a 52-week masterclass starting Friday, April 19 that helps participants transform stress into energy they can use to regain a sense of self + lead a life filled with confidence.
Dr. Heiss, who has a Ph.D. in biology and studied the human stress response, is known for deploying science-backed methods of working through stress and anxiety to make people more effective leaders. The program is split into six chapters:

- Overcoming the Imposter
- Boundary Setting
- Manifesting Positivity
