In memory of 16-year-old Victoria, who lost her life in an accident near Greer in 2012, her family decided to found a nonprofit safety-course for teen drivers.

The Humphries family founded the Guard Your Life Challenge with the support of the BMW Performance Center, Spartanburg County BMW Manufacturing employees, Entercom Upstate + Clemson’s International Center For Automotive Research.

The course has taught 900 Upstate drivers between the ages of 15 and 19, the same drivers that are three times more likely to be involved in a fatal crash than those age 20 or older.

The half-day driving course is held at the BMW Performance Center. The classes are held on four dates each year, with two classes per day.
Schedule your teen driver for the course here.
