The Greenville Drive’s record-setting 2017 season (79 wins in a single season 🙌🏻 ) came to an end at Fluor Field with a major win over Kannapolis Intimidators. Friday night, the Drive took home the South Atlantic League Championship, after a huge celebration with fans last Fluor Field.

Here’s how it happened:
The score was tied 3-3 in the bottom of the sixth inning. The Drive scored five runs (including Brett Netzer’s impressive three-run double) during that inning, which brought them to a big lead.
