It’s time for our close-up. For the past ten years, Centre Stage has produced Fringe Series — Think: lesser known, not as frequently produced shows — during the week, in between the mainstage shows. For the 2023-2024 season, CS is spicing it up.
For the first time, Centre Stage is producing a Fringe Festival that will be performed at the beginning of the season + all three shows will be produced within a two month period.
Sponsored by Prisma Health, this year’s Fringe Festival will feature “thought-provoking and contemporary pieces” including:
- “Happy” by Robert Caisley | Thursday, Sept. 7-Sunday, Sept. 10
- “Proof” by David Auburn | Thursday, Sept. 28-Sunday, Oct. 1
- “Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar and Grill” by Lanie Robertson | Thursday, Oct. 19-Sunday, Oct. 22
Tickets for the full season are on sale now. Pro tip: Centre Stage offers different memberships, so there’s no reason not to see everything.
