A reader recently reached out to share some exciting news — Star Barber Co. is opening in Greenville. Josh Mazzariello, a 4th-generation barber, is carrying on his family’s legacy that started in 1934, and his dad still runs the original shop in Vermont. “I am so blessed to be able to carry on the legacy of Star Barber that my great- grandfather started in 1934,” said Mazzariello.
The grand opening is Saturday, April 18, 1-5 p.m., at 201 Smythe St. with pizza, a cigar truck, catering, and more. Everyone’s welcome to stop by, check out the shop, and support the local vendors. Sounds like a great way to spend an afternoon.
