An Augusta Road area home for $525,000 caught our eye for its curb appeal and charm. Features we love: the brick fireplace, hardwood floors, built-in shelves, and the screened-in porch.

Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) has started work on a $37.5 million Conestee Pump Station project near Mauldin Road and Lakewood Drive. The two-phase project will improve wastewater capacity and efficiency, allowing ReWa to pump up to 15 million gallons daily between the Lower Reedy and Mauldin Road treatment facilities.
