Last week, Greenville County Council approved $140 million in bonds to fund a $282 million renovation and expansion of Bon Secours Wellness Arena, including a 6,600-seat amphitheater and upgraded parking. Supporters cited community value; opponents raised noise concerns. The vote passed 9-2. (Greenville Journal)

The Pickens County Planning Commission has tabled Phases 3-5 of RealtyLink’s Speedway Business & Technology Park after missing traffic and site plan details. The 33-acre development will include nine buildings totaling 800,000 sqft. A decision is expected at the Monday, March 9 meeting, pausing the next step in the project. (Greenville News)

Simpsonville City Council recently approved a contract with Nashville-based Opry Entertainment Group to manage CCNB Amphitheatre through 2036, including $6 million in planned improvements over five years.
