More photos are rolling in from where the “Top Chef” crew visited while in Greenville. Scoundrel joined Sum Bar in posting that judges Tom Colicchio, Gail Simmons, and Kristen Kish came for dinner.
Kristen is the only judge to post some Greenville bites for herself: In addition to her “Scout’s Doughnuts MukBang,” she shared a new carousel that features Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery and Pink Mama’s Ice Cream. As always, if you know something I don’t, reply to this email with your tips.

Your ultimate guide to fall’s biggest fest
Cheers to another year of Fall for Greenville | Photo by GVLtoday
It’s officially Bank of America Fall for Greenville week, with festivities taking over downtown Thursday, Oct. 9 (for the kickoff concert) through Sunday, Oct. 12, and we’ve got everything you need to know right here:
Road closures start Thursday, Oct. 9 at 7 a.m. in the West End and continue up Main Street throughout the day with side streets closing on Friday, Oct. 10.
You can park at Greenville High School starting at 4 p.m. on Friday and hop on the free downtown trolley, or find $5 event parking in a city garage.
New this year: No taste tickets — booths will accept all major credit cards, and you can load cash onto a card at conversion stations around the festival.
This brand-new 6,250-sqft Alta Vista estate stuns with a chef’s kitchen, luxe theater, and resort-style pool. With five bedrooms, spa-worthy baths, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, 24 Forest View Dr. is a rare chance at new construction in one of Greenville’s most coveted neighborhoods.
Announced
Sourdough on Mondays? Everyone say, “Thank you, Rise.” The beloved bakery located in The Village is now open six days a week, 7 a.m.-3 p.m.
