Greenville’s Design Review Board approved revised plans for 426 North Main, a mixed-use project on the former Municipal Court and American Legion site. Changes include trimming the south building to 13 stories, raising the north tower to 17, and adding safety and landscaping improvements. (Upstate Business Journal)

Also approved with conditions, the four-story office building that’s planned for East McBee Avenue and Mordecai Street, across from McBee Station. The project includes office space, top-floor outdoor amenities, and parking. (Upstate Business Journal)
