The Mice on Main got dressed up to celebrate the Peace Center’s 2025-2026 Broadway lineup. I embarked on the scavenger hunt and played a guessing game along the way to match the mouse to the musical.

What show are you most excited to see next season? I’m excited to see “The Outsiders” for the first time and revisit “The Notebook” again after loving it on Broadway.

News Notes

Mansion Monday

Did someone say curb appeal? Modern design meets classic Augusta Road charm in this custom, Dixon-built home. It’s over 4,100 sqft and boasts a screened porch with a grill, luxe finishes, and high-tech, energy-efficient systems. We can’t get over the dreamy kitchen.

Sports

Honoring a legend, Furman soccer will retire Clint Dempsey’s jersey on Sunday, Aug. 31, when the Paladins host Duke at Stone Soccer Stadium. The iconic US Men’s National Team member also played for Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League, as well as for Seattle Sounders FC in Major League Soccer, following his collegiate career.

Drink

We love learning about a new (to us) business to celebrate. Fun fact: If you’ve ordered chai at a local coffee shop, there’s a chance it’s from Votive, a small Greenville business brewing and fermenting non-alcoholic drinks.

Coming Soon

LolaCeli, a pop-up dining experience, now has a sister pop-up called Muni Muni. The Filipino street food pop-up will feature items like charcoal-grilled skewers and rice bowls with its first event planned for this Wednesday, July 30, at Woodside Bistro from 4 to 7:30 p.m. (or until they’re sold out).

This new neighborhood of upscale townhome-style condos opens this fall in the heart of Unity Park district (less than a mile from Fluor Field). Look forward to gourmet kitchen spaces, private balcony views, low-maintenance landscaping, and so much more. Take a peek inside.*

The Wrap

Today’s edition by: Danielle

It’s the grand finale. I thought I’d get sick of tomatoes last week between Duke’s Hot Tomato Summer + the Tomato Sandwich Taste-off at the TR Farmers Market, but I was left wanting more. Thankfully, summer isn’t over yet.
