From a casual lunch to a night out, STIR is the spot that can match any vibe. | Photos by GVLtoday
Raw bar? Check. Patio? Check. Ice show? Check.
STIR — known for its scratch-made dishes, craft cocktails, and iconic ice — opens in the Prisma Health building downtown on Monday, June 9. I got a sneak peek and loved every bite, from the oysters to start and the matcha cheesecake to finish. See everything we tasted + get a preview of the table-side “ice show” that happens when you order select cocktails.

Plan Ahead
Here’s the tea. Tuesday, June 10 is National Iced Tea Day, and there’s only one way to celebrate. If you have thoughts of iced tea steeping in your mind right now, we recommend checkout cafes in our coffee guide — because where there’s iced coffee, there’s often iced tea.

Celebrate National Trails Day
Paris (Mountain) is always a good idea. | Photo by @upstatedaily
It’s the first Saturday in June which means it’s National Trails Day. We’re highlighting some of Paris Mountain State Park’s trails to celebrate, but hit the button below for even more trails to explore.
Pro tip: There is a hiker’s only portion (which is much steeper than the rest of the trail) and there are lots of tree roots on the ground so watch your footing.
An oversized beach blanket that has enough room for all your friends and family. We love that it’s made from lightweight cotton to seamlessly double as a cozy throw for the couch.
