Trouble’s coming to town when a corn-bred, corn-fed community lets in a stranger. Set to an a-maize-ing score by the Grammy Award-winning songwriting team Brandy Clark and Shane McAnally (Kacey Musgraves’ “Follow Your Arrow,” Brandi Carlile, and more), this Tony Award-winning, farm-to-fable musical comedy is about an unlikely hero, a lovable con man, and a battle for the heart and soil of Cob County.
The Haynie-Sirrine neighborhood could see 41 townhomes built between Church Street + Haynie Street. If approved, the $17 million project would feature units with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and would range from ~$800,000 to $900,000. (The Post and Courier Greenville)

Meals on Wheels of Greenville County broke ground on its new facility on Augusta Road earlier this week. The 24,000 sqft facility will include a 15,000 sqft kitchen + 5,000 sqft of dedicated food storage, allowing the nonprofit to make ~6,000 meals a day. (Greenville Journal)

It’s electric, boogie woogie woogie. Upstate-founded company SOS eCharging — a mobile electric vehicle charging station — is hoping to take the stress out of EV driving. SOS allows you to charge your vehicle anywhere for 30 minutes and provides two levels of charging — let’s call them fast and faster. (Upstate Business Journal)
