• Greenville County has updated its tree canopy plan which will increase the current 38% tree canopy to a 46% tree canopy. • The Greenville County Planning Commission met on Wednesday, May 22 and approved Hartness Phase 5 (a proposed subdivision of 68 lots along Highway 14) + Gridley Place (a proposed subdivision of 14 lots near Sans Souci), and denied Savannah Oak Estates (a proposed cluster subdivision of 99 lots west of Fairview Road).
