The new HQ is on Camperdown Way. | Photo by GVLtoday
We got a sneak peek at the new United Community Headquarters, and we can safely say it’s cool. You know it’s a big deal when Gov. Henry McMaster is there.
Let’s break it down by numbers:
$65,000,000 | That’s the total investment put into this property.
300+ | That’s how many employees United Community Headquarters has.
118,000 | That’s the square footage of the space.
350+ | That’s how many parking spaces are in the parking deck and the lot across the street.
4.2 | That’s how many acres the property sits on.
Additionally, the new spot has a coffee bar called “River Room,” quiet zones for collaboration, and 29 conference rooms.
Colorful old fashioned glasses that are perfect for spring and summer. They have the look and feel of glass, but are made from unbreakable and BPA-free Tritan material, meaning they’re pool and party-proof.
I was only able to go to one euphoria Spring Fest event, but it was a blast. I went to Restaurant 17 in Travelers Rest for Sip Into Spring. Chefs Hadyn Shaak and Michael Sibert prepared some delicious bites, and I got to try some great wine + live music from the Synergy Twins. Shout out to @gvlgroupies for being my impromptu date.
