All month long, we’re celebrating beverages and beverage makers in our community with our annual Drink Up campaign.
Up first: We’re highlighting Rick Erwin’s Greer’s “Stars & Stripes Cocktail,” which landed on Forbes’ list “25 Perfect 4th of July Cocktails.”
With PAMA pomegranate liqueur on the bottom, Tito’s and cream of coconut in the middle, and topped with Tito’s and blue curacao, you can sip on this festively layered cocktail.
I agree the AC Hotel is a perfect spot for some romance, seeing as I chose to get married there. One of my favorite memories was getting to watch fireworks coming from Fluor Field during our rooftop reception. I wonder if a bride will experience the same magic tomorrow night during Fourth of July at the ballpark.
