We got a sneak peek at the new space and menu ahead of tonight’s opening at 4 p.m.
The space
While some elements of The Strip Club 104 remain (read: built-in cabinets), multiple renovations have been made to the space, from exposing the ceiling to expanding the bar (including a wheelchair-accessible bar area).
Art Houzze-curated art runs throughout the restaurant, with each piece “hand-selected to complement the restaurant’s ambiance and aesthetics.” Featured local artists include:
The outdoor patio features string lights, a garden — which is a National Wildlife Federation Certified Wildlife Habitat — and seating ready for patrons to enjoy a sip al fresco.
The food
Like some of the dining group’s other locations, its Greer restaurant will be a classic steakhouse that will cater to “foodies and steak lovers alike.”
Executive Chef Scott Ostrander, from Rick Erwin’s Eastside, will serve a variety of dishes, from ribeyes and filets to seafood to chef features “unique to the Greer location.” Menu items that caught our eye include:
Jalapeño Candied Bacon | Start off with bacon thick-cut in house and featuring jalapeño brown sugar and horseradish pickles.
16 oz Dry-Aged Delmonico Ribeye | Rick Erwin’s Greer steaks are sourced from Meats by Linz in Chicago — add an enhancement like Truffle Chive Butter or Cold-Water Lobster Tail.
The Company Crab Cakes | Dig into two cakes garnished with corn relish, green tomato salsa verde, and crispy onions. Bonus: Indulge for a good cause.
Rick Erwin’s Greer is open Monday-Thursday, 4-10 p.m. + Friday-Saturday, 4-11 p.m. Reservations can be made through OpenTable.

Correction
Yesterday, we told you Rick Erwin’s West End Grille will close in June to undergo some renovations. Good news: You won’t have to wait as long to return to the West End spot. The team let us know work will finish up in about four weeks, not 90 days.

No time for ticket counter lines before boarding your flight this weekend? GSP’s got you covered. Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport has launched a new self check-in kiosk service.
Located in the airport’s ticket lobby, the kiosks offer American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and Southwest Airlines passengers (with booking confirmation number and a valid form of identification) the ability to bypass lines at airline ticket counters to:
Check in for a flight
Print boarding passes
Check luggage
Participating airlines will have a dedicated line for passengers to drop checked luggage, and GSP has plans to add other airlines to the kiosk service later this year.
