Our company is running a February wellness BINGO challenge where we check off healthy activities we’ve done this month, like having a virtual lunch with a coworker, meditating, or running/walking a 5K. This weekend, I’ll be checking off the latter by running (or walking, TBD) the Greenville Half Marathon & 5k this Sat., Feb. 26, 7:30 a.m. on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. 🏃♂️
