If you’re a seasoned GVLtoday reader, you know we’re big fans of Hallmark Movies this time of year. So much so that it’s been the topic of several stories over the years like our open letter to the Hallmark Channel enticing them to film here in Greenville, our Q+A with local podcast “Deck the Hallmark,” and the Hallmark movie plot its hosts helped us write.
Our cries to be the starring city haven’t worked, so VisitGreenvilleSC is stepping in to help. Greenville’s destination marketing organization started a petition to get Hallmark to Greenville, complete with a short film starring Greenville comedians Joey Thompson + Sean Herman.
