Miami, meet Greenville. Bal Harbour Shops , a luxe retail shopping center out of Miami will bring its traveling retail event — Bal Harbour Shops ACCESS Pop-Up — to Greenville.
While we’re still working to learn when and where the pop-up will appear in our city, we know it will be in Raleigh later this month.
The shops
Made up of 30 shipping containers, the pop-up will feature a mix of high-end fashion stores
including:
- Tiffany & Co.
- James Perse
- Frette
- Balmain
- Addict
- Assouline
- Bonpoint
- Santa Maria Novella
The pop-up space will try to mirror the iconic palm tree motif.

The vibe
The space will embrace the nearly 60-year-old brand’s Miami roots by bringing in planters filled with lush greenery, koi ponds, and fountains. Plus, the setting will showcase Bal Harbour Shops’ signature palm tree motif.
The food
A restaurant concept designed for the pop-up called The Whitman
will bring Latin-inspired flavors and comforting classics to your shopping experience. Named after Stanley Whitman — who opened the Bal Harbor Shops in Miami — the concept promises to “bring the iconic dining experience of Bal Harbour Shops to life.” The indoor-outdoor restaurant is described as ample, breezy, and seamless with a palm-framed courtyard + an al fresco environment.
