“Exhibit V” at the Greenville Center for Creative Arts showcases powerful visuals, garments, and multimedia storytelling to highlight the voices of sexual assault survivors.

Held at The Gray Loft through Saturday, April 18, the free, public exhibit is designed to educate, raise awareness, and connect the community with resources like the Julie Valentine Center.

“April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, so the intention was to design an experience that could bring real awareness to cases happening in our own city, and point survivors toward the help they need for a thriving recovery,” curator Sarah Lörenk shared.

Fun fact: Augusta National makes 100,000+ pimento cheese sandwiches per night at the Masters, and once inside the exclusive club, the signature snack will only cost you $1.50.

The pimento cheese sandwich lore runs deep with mystery surrounding the recipe, but if you’re like me and plan to watch from home — I’m ensuring you’ll serve the best pimento cheese sandwiches at your viewing parties.

Two years ago, the 6AM City team did a blind taste test of 10 local pimento cheeses to help you find the best one for your Masters party.

The Wrap

I had a blast at Greenville Drive opening weekend. Most notably, for me, is the new hot dog feature the ballpark will have every series. The first one was inspired by the Pittsburgh Pirates and loaded with fried pierogies, barbecue, and pickles.
