You could soon grab a latte, a lager, and a little friendly competition at Bogey’s Golfgarten.
Proposed for Mills Avenue, Bogey’s would pair morning coffee service with beer and wine in the afternoons, plus a family-friendly mini golf course designed for style over gimmicks — think sculpted greens instead of clown faces. It also features a turf lawn and a biergarten-style clubhouse.

“I think there’s a real gap in the Greenville market,” local developer Parks McLeod tells us. “There just aren’t enough family-friendly activities, and mini golf is perfect because it has no barriers to entry — you can take your five-year-old or your grandma and everyone can enjoy it.”
The project debuted at the City of Greenville’s Project Preview Meeting last month and is teeing up to go before Greenville’s Board of Zoning Appeals soon — we’ll keep you posted.
