The 19th Annual Dine Out For Mom is less than one week away on Thursday, Oct. 23. Across the Upstate, 176 restaurants will donate 20% of their profits from the entire day to Let There Be Mom — a local nonprofit that preserves the legacies of parents with life-threatening illnesses.
You can also purchase raffle tickets to support the cause, with the grand prize being a gift card from every participating restaurant.

Is “The King of Country Music” coming to Clemson? Check yes or no. According to Clemson Barstool, Death Valley Nights — which will bring concerts back to Memorial Stadium starting this spring — will announce the first concert in 26 years today.

George Strait also shared a poster from the George Strait Country Music Festival (held at Clemson’s Memorial Stadium in 1999). He says it’s a clue for a 2026 announcement. Yes — that does appear to be a “like” from Clemson University.
