It’s time to retire the name “Baby Bi-Lo” — developers are bringing their “N. Main” rebrand and full exterior renovation plans to Greenville’s Design Review Board on Thursday, Oct. 16. The site at 505 N. Main St. plans to become a retail center with a restaurant, small grocer, coffee shop, fitness studio, and more. (Upstate Business Journal)

A demolition request for 429 N. Main St. — the 1940s brick building that once housed Daniel Construction Co. — is also on the Design Review Board agenda. The site, owned by Trinity Lutheran Church, is under contract with developer Kavnett Sethi, who’s planning a future mixed-use project nearby. (Upstate Business Journal)
