Who said living in the suburbs meant you had to live far away from retail, restaurants, and entertainment? Settled in mixed-use development BridgeWay Station, Avvio and Prossimo is a new apartment community with enviable future amenities (think: saltwater rooftop pool, pickleball courts, top-of-the-line exercise equipment from Peloton) and easy access to local restaurants and bars, boutique shopping, fitness studios, a nail salon, and more.

Even with the abundance of nearby amenities, residents can easily access Greenville and its surroundings due to the convenient proximity to I-385 and I-85.

Avvio and Prossimo offers studio, one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with modern finishes like granite countertops, walk-in closets, and stainless steel appliances (plus, the oven includes an air fryer). Check, check, and check.

For a limited time, new residents can receive up to one month of free rent when leasing at Avvio and Prossimo.

Is it just me, or is that Dallas Freeman guy from Demo Day really cute? Most of you probably don’t know my last name, but Dallas is my husband. I am so proud of him for making it to the final round and pitching his app idea. He really enjoyed GVL Starts and we’re both excited to put what he learned into action.
