Welcome back to Invest Local, a series in which we shine a light on ways Greenvillians can invest their time, talent, and treasure — locally.
Today, we’re taking a look at an exciting new addition to downtown Greer that doubles as a new investment opportunity: Trade Street Social.
The business
Trade Street Social is being developed by B&B and Crafted Community Concepts (C3) and will feature a kitchen, bar, indoor/outdoor seating, and entertainment options like golf simulators, duckpin bowling, and an arcade.
B&B and C3’s fourth collaboration, Trade Street Social is designed to attract locals and tourists alike, promoting a strong sense of community and creating a vibrant social hub while preserving the historical charm of the area.
Trade Street Social will offer food, drinks, and entertainment.
