The City of Greenville’s planning commission approved a nine-home subdivision on Hall Street in the Nicholtown neighborhood. The developer plans to build market-rate cottages on the one-acre plot of land. (The Post and Courier Greenville)
Opening
Charleston-based Italian restaurant Indaco — with locations in Charlotte and Atlanta — will open its Greenville location on Thursday, June 8. Located next to City Hall (in the former Rick Erwin’s Nantucket Seafood space), guests can dine al fresco on the courtyard. The locally-focused menu will feature Italian-inspired dishes made with Southern ingredients. (The Post and Courier Greenville)
