Development
The Greenville Gateway — an entertainment district planned near Bon Secours Wellness Arena as you enter downtown Greenville — is on the Design Review Board agenda for its Thursday, June 1 meeting after the plans were tabled earlier this year. We’ll let you know what’s decided in the meeting.
Hartness — located in Greenville’s Eastside — will build 53 new homes in its newest community The Meadow. The neighborhood borders Hartness’ nature preserve and will feature new home designs for the community including townhomes, cottages, village homes, estate homes, and homes with rear courtyards and spaces for carriage homes.
Lincoln Avenue Capital — a California-based affordable housing developer — purchased five acres at 130 Prospect St. (near South Washington Avenue) to build a 60-unit townhome community. It is set to break ground later this year. (Upstate Business Journal)
