What’s there now?
The ~2.8-acre lot, nestled between East Park Avenue, Henrietta Street, and Atlas Street (behind the former Stone Pizza Company), is currently home to an office building and a portion of Richland Creek.
What’s proposed?
The development would feature:
Three buildings
32 two-story, rentable townhome units
65 parking spaces
~56,300-sqft of open space
Variety of trees, shrubs, and grasses
What’s next?
The Planning Commission will host a public hearing on Thursday, March 16 from 4-6 p.m. to review this application. Local residents and property owners can share input and ask questions by attending the meeting in person at City Council Chambers (206 S. Main St., Greenville).
