“How’s the market?” If a real estate agent had a dollar for every time they were asked this question, they’d all be retired. But, here’s the simple answer:
In 2023, the market has normalized, and it’s no longer the seller’s market we saw in 2020-2022. To buy and sell, who you work with matters, and if listing your home, an agent with strategic marketing and pricing knowledge is key.
As they say, “the best time to buy is always yesterday; the second-best time to buy is today.”*
Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport racked up the awards from the Airports Council International’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ). The awards highlight “the world’s best airports as judged by their customers,” and GSP took home five, including Best Airport.

ATXtoday City Editor Figi here 👋. I spent the first 15 years of my life in Albuquerque — or Burque, as Burqueños call it — and although I consider Austin my home now, my birthplace has some pretty cool things to offer. New Mexico is often overlooked when it comes to tourism, so let me show you why it’s worth a visit. Besides “Breaking Bad” and “High School Musical.”
Here’s what The Duke City has in store for you.
Act like a local: Stop by Frontier or one of Golden Pride’s four locations for a breakfast burrito — yes, burrito — and a sweet roll, which is sorta like a gigantic buttery cinnamon roll. Just trust us.
Explore: You’ll have to drive an hour north to Santa Fe, but Meow Wolf is worth the visit. An immersive, mind-bending art experience, this museum is something that you will not soon forget.
Vrbo: This Spanish Casita with a rooftop deck is just minutes from downtown and old town. (~$90/night)*
