Urban planning group PLUSURBIA DESIGN revealed what the future of the Greenville Gateway (Think: The area near Bon Secours Wellness Arena on East North Street) could become. One of the most notable changes: Shifting Bon Secours Wellness Arena’s entrance into a pedestrian-friendly entertainment hub with restaurants and outdoor space.
