Now before you think (based on the title above 👆) that we’re throwing shade at a new yoga studio before they can even get through their first vinyasa, let us clarify.
HMF Yoga Studio is a new yoga spot coming to the Village of West Greenville in November, and they will be offering non-heated yoga classes set to current popular music, mainly hip hop.HMF stands for Hustle, Muscle, and Flex. It represents the three types of exercise present in a class. Cardio is the hustle, strength is the muscle, and yoga is the flex.
The studio is also partnering with Girl Up GVL to offer their girls first access to paid desk jobs, donations, and free classes. To learn even more about what’s coming, check out some FAQs here.
