Summary:
The Digital Strategy, Analyst II, is responsible for working closely with the Digital Strategy team members to execute and refine Resurgent’s digital collections and marketing efforts. The primary goal of the position is to effectively publish, manage and refine timely and relevant digital marketing content to our customers leveraging email, SMS/Text and social media platforms. The analyst will also play an active role in transforming customer and account related data into actionable insights to be used as input for marketing and promotional campaigns. The position is specifically suited to individuals with intermediate data analysis skills who has a passion to learn about and help provide multi-channel digital marketing content in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Execute Digital Collections Campaigns:
Locate, gather and analyze distributed data (online & offline) for applicability, completeness and quality to serve as input to an customer facing email, SMS/Text or social media campaign
Develop subject matter expertise in the various digital marketing channel platforms to create, schedule and monitor digital marketing campaigns
Extract, transform and load feedback data from each digital marketing channel platform for analysis and on-prem data updates
Create queries, reports and/or dashboards to illustrate meaningful measures and metrics related to each digital marketing channels’ performance
Understand, monitor and maintain deliverability best practices associated with each of the digital marketing channels
Manage social media ads, posts and experiments for Resurgent Customer Portal
Provide input to curate relevant and engaging content to reach targeted customer segments for email, SMS/text, social media and the Resurgent Customer Portal.
Research and report on trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of marketing channels. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results for each.
Work closely with Digital Marketing team members to define new KPIs
Qualifications/Skills:
2-4 years of analytical experience preferred
A strong desire to learn and passion for both marketing and analytics
Strong ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams
Highly motivated and independent
Ability to articulate thoughts, ideas and opinions professionally in written and verbal communication
Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Exceptional organizational skills, able to multitask and appropriately prioritize workload in a fast paced, resource constrained environment
Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience working with large datasets in SQL and Excel
Quarterly travel for training and remote office visits
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT or related mathematical field; Advanced degree preferred
Some form of data analytics or digital marketing certification preferred, not required
