Greenville Federal Credit Union is currently recruiting for a Branch Manager. This position is responsible for the general control and administration of the daily operations of the branch within established policies and procedures; maintaining a highly motivated, well-trained staff and effective employee and member relations; and, ensuring that staff cross-sells products and services that best meet our members’ financial needs. Additional responsibilities include responding to members’ questions and concerns in a timely and courteous manner; ensuring all loans are processed and closed; monitoring key product/sales of warranties, insurance and other products; and, working with Business Development for positive membership growth.
Qualified candidates should possess minimum of 3 years of experience in the lending/financial field, preferably in the branch environment; a minimum education level equivalent to two-year Associate’s Degree in a related field of study or, equivalent combination of education and experience; and, maintain SAFE Act eligibility according to the Act’s requirements. A bachelor’s degree is highly desirable. Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to think creatively, and multi-task and deliver on commitments in a highly results-oriented environment.
